28 before 28

Hi friends! How are you all today? What have you been reading recently? Any favourites?

A few months ago, I wrote a blog post detailing the ’28 before 28′ reading challenge I created for myself. I spotlighted 28 books I wanted to read from my physical tbr before my 28th birthday on the 30th of August. It is now the 1st of September, and I have failed my own challenge.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m lowkey annoyed that I didn’t finish my challenge but it’s not that deep. But I will still be prioritising these books for the rest of the year!

So, out of the 28, how many did I actually read?

As you can see from the circled books, I have read 13 out of the 28. Literally, one book away from reaching the halfway point! How bloody frustrating!!!!

I haven’t yet written about 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝑹𝒐𝒐𝒎 𝑾𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑩𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝑬𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝑨𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏 – it should be in my august wrap up! I also haven’t gotten to finishing my 𝑴𝒊𝒅𝒅𝒍𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 deep dive because I have a huge bout of writer’s block with that post, so I apologise for that!
